PAPRIKA POTATOES

Paprika potatoes!
This might have originated from Hungary or Spain.
Let's see how to make this easy yummy recipe!
Ingredients:
Potatoes. - 6-7 (12-13 baby potatoes)
Olive oil. -3 table spoons
Garlic. - 5-6 cloves(chopped)
Onion. - 1 small onion-chopped
Chilli flakes. - 2 table spoons
Pepper powder- 1 table spoon
Coriander. - ¼ cup (chopped)
Salt. - according to taste
Cheese. - 1 small cube(grated)
Oregano. - ½ tablespoon
Pizza seasoning- 1 tablespoon
(If you don't have pizza seasoning you can add some oregano, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder and give it a good mix)
Chilli flakes. - 2 table spoons
Pepper powder- 1 table spoon
Coriander. - ¼ cup (chopped)
Salt. - according to taste
Cheese. - 1 small cube(grated)
Oregano. - ½ tablespoon
Pizza seasoning- 1 tablespoon
(If you don't have pizza seasoning you can add some oregano, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder and give it a good mix)
Recipe:
- Boil these potatoes for 3-4min with a pinch of salt
- Strain the potatoes, and keep it aside
- In a pan, add olive oil and heat it
- Once the oil is heated, add garlic, saute for 10-15seconds, then add onions and saute until they turn transparent.
- Add paprika or chilli flakes, and saute for 15seconds
- Add the boiled potatoes, saute, add a bit of salt and pepper.
- Add some chopped coriander.
You can eat it just like that, or if you're a fan of cheese, I have something for you!
- Well after you're done with that transfer the potatoes to a baking dish
- Add some grated cheese to it, and some pizza seasoning
- Preheat oven at 180° for 10min
- And bake the potatoes for 5minutes
Now the hot and spicy, paprika potatoes are ready to serve!
